This device is four degrees of freedom mechanical arm physical model, PLC and single-chip microcomputer as the controller unit, step motor, dc motors, electromagnetic valve as actuator to achieve various action of the mechanical arm....
Main parameters:
Size :1000 mm x 550 mm x 550 mm;
The power supply: single phase AC220V, power < 200 VA.
Main components:
(1) mechanical components for can dismounting outfit type modular aluminium structure, basically have the ball screw, slippery course, gas claw, unique shape aluminum and stainless steel nets plate unit etc;
(2) electric training screen for nets plate, PLC,electric parts mainly by step motor, dc motors, stepping motor drive, switch power, electromagnetic valve, approach switch and travel switch etc.
Main functions:
Sensor training, pneumatic technology training, PLC technology training, electrical control system training, mechanical system installation debugging training, motor drive technology training, system maintenance and fault detection technology training. Have a safety protection function.
