XK-AAC1 automatic air conditioning control system model uses microcomputer automatic air conditioning control system of Volkswagen Passat Saloon car. It arranges the physical components of original car air-conditioning electronic control system in the bench, easy to view in each angle and for practical operation. Control cabinet installs with ignition switch, air outlet, and diagnostic port. There paints color circuit schematic and air conditioning structure chart on the panel, the spray painting is thickening mask, which is scratch-resistant, corrosion-resistant, bright, clear and long life.
This system is easy to operate, has compact structure, control image is visual; it makes the links between the components of the air conditioning system more clear. Thus making the students get a comprehensive understanding of the difference between automatic air conditioning and manual air conditioning, and understanding the structural characteristics of the automatic air conditioning, the function of electronic control part. And by this they can complete the homework of projects on finishing the overhaul of the air conditioning system in the test bed frame, vacuumizing, filling refrigerant, so that students can be more interested in the automatic air conditioning system.
