XK-DQZ1.8TD type intelligent automobile electrical appliances training teaching examination device,is one of Xingke company automobile theory and practice integration teaching equipment series,is specified product of Year 2011 Nationwide Automobile Teacher Teaching Skill Contest.
This product combine computer, multi-media, internet, virtual equipment, training examination, inspection equipment, teaching resources, information and drawing, and other resources organically. All teaching resources are designed according to industry and company standard. It provides all-around teaching materials for teachers and it provide great convenience for students’ training. This equipment has complete automobile electrical appliance maintenance diagnosis, circuit fault setting and examination function. It is equipped with nets data acquisition module and it can realize remoter control and test. It has characteristics: hardware and software interaction, students and teachers interaction, theory and practice integration...
Equipment function:
1. Components cognitive function: display working condition of the whole car all component and working sequence of system
2. External wiring function :can help to master the circuit distribution of the whole car,and it is meticulous to each plug-in unit port
3. Fault setting function :can set ordinary, secondary difficult fault to train students’ ability of removing fault.
4. Independent study :this equipment is embedded Teachers’ Guidance, professional service manual, accessories catalogue, multi-media animation and other teaching resources,students can finish learning tasks on their own according to the requirement
5. Teaching assistant function: This has many good courseware, good teaching plan, and it can help teacher do teaching better and make teaching plan.
6. Simulation function : this equipment adopts virtual reality technology,all accessories model are synchronous with real system working condition. It is convenient for students to understand system working principle. Three-dimensional stereo model can display all-around features. It can display the working process of motor according to the working condition of real motor. Matched ignition subsystem, oil injection subsystem, cooling subsystem, lubrication subsystem, oil supply system, generate electricity, start subsystem, waste gas turbo charger subsystem, gas turbo charger subsystem, correct time subsystem and other synchronous three-dimension multi-media teaching courseware.
7. Data acquisition function : combine with Ethernet communication organically,can real-time display the voltage of each test point,can realize the interaction between teaching and equipment.
8. Automatically line walking:It is very convenient to inspection and examine if circuit peg graft is correct, and avoid to accidentally damage components.
9. Intelligent circuit fault setting , automatically score function
10. Intelligent fault removing function can avoid student to damage components due to mistakes.
11. Computer is equipped with three-dimension stereomodel, so it can display whole electrical appliances circuit and sensor components distribution,can display the working process of automobile synchronously.
12. Television large screen can help teachers and students to collective learning , discussion, training. It is convenient to play multi-media teaching resources. Working condition parameters of sensors , actuators and controllers can real time display on large screen.
13. The whole equipment has no external power supply. It is equipped with power supply inverter to get power supply.
14. It is equipped with all general tools and special tools that automobile electrical appliance maintenance. It is equipped with tool cabinet,which is convenient for students’ training and tools management.
