The equipment is developed on the basis of the Motronic engine management system, this system is mainly composed of throttle control unit, oxygen sensor, air flow meter, knock sensor, crankshaft position sensor and coolant temperature sensor, camshaft position sensor and other components. The teaching panel adopts single chip microcomputer as the auxiliary, simulate the working condition of the original car, demo the engine suction and the working process of the exhaust gas through the LED lights.
Equipment can complete display the structure and working principle of electric control system, common fault simulation, diagnosis and testing, training students' ability of analysis and trouble shooting. Complete engine electric control system, same as the real auto, control the injection and ignition speed by the accelerator pedal control, to simulate the engine running conditions under different working situation (idling, accelerating).
Panel adopts advanced technology and design, students compare the circuit diagram and the actual components, study analysis work process. Panel with external detection terminals, such as the sensor of resistance, voltage, current, frequency, pin data of actuators and control unit, can be measured directly. It is installed with intelligent fault setting and assessment system, according to requirement to set up different fault.

1 Product Function
1.1 Training panel painted with color circuit diagram, students can directly contrast the circuit diagram and real part of sensor actuator, realize and analyze the working principle of Motronic engine control system. Including: ECU, combination instrument, ignition lock, engine anti-theft system and sensor etc
1.2 Real working engine sensor and actuator system, fully display engine sensor and actuator system structure.
1.3 Electronic accelerator pedal control the throttle opening and the speed of the crankshaft signal panel, so as to simulate the engine running and the working state of the various actuators, sensors (such as spark plug ignition, fuel pump working, injector fuel injection, idle speed motor movements, etc.), real demo the working process of the engine sensors and actuators.
1.4 Available that mouth blowing simulate the inspiratory of intake pipe, generate the air flow signals, demonstrate that how the change of air flowmeter signal influence the various actuators working; it also can be used for simulation of other sensors physical quantities, simulate the influence for the actuators.
1.5 Each sensor and actuator on the panel are equipped with circuit principle diagram and the testing terminals. Electronic signal detection ( such as resistors, voltage, current, frequency signal, etc) of each circuit component can be directly detected on the detecion terminals on the panel.
Experiment bench equip with OBD diagnostic which can be connected with special or universal auto decoder, proceed engine ECU self-diagose function (ECU code query, read the fault code, clear fault codes, read the data flow, execution components test, parameter setting and waveform analysis).
1.6 This teaching panel adopts single chip microcomputer as the auxiliary, can be used to simulate the working condition of the original auto, simulate the working condition of the original car, demo the engine suction and the working process of the exhaust gas through the LED lights.
1.7 With intelligent fault set and evaluation system, can set the fault: open circuit, the control module pin fault, according to requirement to set the faults quanity. Two modes of that practice training and teaching, with power fault and over-current protection function.
