PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
This experimental platform based on the Great Wall hover 2.8TC high pressure common rail diesel engine, constitutes by platform frame and control panel. Suitable for middle/higher vocational colleges and training organization’s car engine structure and service practical teaching, could satisfied training purpose to electrical control diesel engine’s structure, working principle, malfunction setting and diagnoses. Engine training platform adopts with fission structure design, engine operating platform and detection control panel is separated, connect with quick coupling, to avoid impact measurement during engine operating, easy to assemble and transport. This experimental device easy to operate, safe and reliable, easily to maintain
FUNCTION
Real electrical diesel engine, could complete shows high pressure common rail diesel engine’s composition structure and working process.
Training platform painted colorful circuit diagram, protected by organic glass, student could audio-visual compare circuit diagram and engine real object, to know and analyze control system working principle.
Training platform adopts with detection terminal, could direct detect each sensor, actuator, engine control unit pin’s electrical signal, such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency, waveform, etc.
Training platform adopts with auto meter, could real-time display parametric variation of engine rotated speed, water temperature, oil pressure, charge lamp, electrical control system bug indicator light, etc.
Training platform adopts with diagnosis seat, could connect dedicated or common type car decoder, could use to read out fault code, clear out fault code, read data flow, and other engine self-diagnostic functions.
Equipped with patented technology intelligent malfunction setting and evaluation system:
1) Adopts with digitalize circuit board, latest MCU technology and matched bug setting control technology, own exclusive patented technology, system stability, not easy to infected with virus.
2) Without computer could independent process examination test, teacher and student interface separated, teacher could enter teacher interface set questions, student answer in general interface,
3) With question bank suitable with equipment, question bank could edit according to user’s requirement.
4) HD 0.225*0.225 dot LCD,
5) Only need 4 operating button, easy operate,
6) Could set various common bugs relative to modules scripts.
MAIN CONFIGURAITON
Four cylinder inline 2.8L the great wall Hover common rail diesel engine, engine control unit, combination meter, storage battery, power main switch, common rail pump, various sensor and actuator, wiring harness, cooling system, silencer, operating control panel, measuring panel, OBD Ⅱdetection interface, intelligent bug setting and evaluation system, movable rack, etc.
TECHNICAL PARAMETERS
Measuring panel adopts with 4mm thick high quantity double layer aluminium-plastic panel as base, sturdy and durable, un-transformation. Import high quality high strength high sticky membrane material, laser inkjet color circuit diagram, surface over high strength protect plane membrane, color picture not easy to fade out, with moistureproof, corrosion resisting, wear-resisting characteristics.
Training platform adopts with rigidity structure welded, surface adopts baking finish, with self-lock wheels device, move flexible. Equipment with power main switch, water tank shield, flywheels shield and safe protect device, etc.
