Detailed Product Description
1.Advanced mirror polished surface treatment technology.
2.High quality 3Cr17 stainless steel material for pvc extrusion mould.
3.Configuration:one die head + four heating plates+three-segment calibrator +two-meter stainless water tank or as you require.
1.The mold structure differs according to the amount of the wood flour in the wood-plastic formulations to achieve the predefined technical specifications effectively.
2.The realization of the internal cooling of the die ensures the balance of the internal and external cooling. The least resistance design of styling segment, effectively reduces the forming resistance of styling segment , ensures the size of final products, reduces the abrasion of the mould and extends the using life of the mould.
3The adjustable pre-cooling of the die design guarantees the cooling of the products efficiently in the condition of high speed extrusion and makes it easy to adjust.
4. The technology of single-chamber, dual-chamber and multi-cavity is used to achieve efficient production.
5.The main components of the mould are dealt with special technology treatment and it doubles the service life of the mould.
6.Removable positioning devices.
7.Assembling and disassembling are very convenient.
