What is Electro-hydraulic servo CNC bending machine
1. It uses the advanced electro-hydraulic synchronization. Y1- Y2 axis is the 2 oil cylinders separate moving parameter controlled by the CNC system.
2.Both sides of the machine are equipped with a RSF grating. The usage for the grating is to measuring the distance between the slider and working table. The granting is connected with the working table through a small frame(C shaped frame), which maximum eliminates the column’s deformation impact on the slider’s position.
3.The slider’s moving position data will feedback to the CNC system immediately. It can measure and output the servo value control S1-S2.
4.It controls two electro-hydraulic servo value’s output flow, to let the two oil cylinders synchronization.
5.The position measuring process is called closed-loop control.
(Optional back gauge device, can operate with Xaxis, R axis, Z axis electrically adjustment)
