GRAD low price FRP water storage tank
FRP combined water tank is assembled by moulding single board, sealing, metallic structure, and plumbing.
We can assemble the one with 0.125m3~5,000m3 according to your need.
The period of use is over 50 years usage with good maintenance
Characteristics:
1. tensile strength Mpa≥60
2. bending strength Mpa≥120
3. Barcol hardness ≥60
4.water absorption ≤ 0.5%
5. Fiber glass content ≥27%
Maximum distortion of side wall ≤0.5%, distortion of the bottom≤8mm.
They meet the "water standard for domestic living" (GB5749-85). No distortion, no leakage, high tensile strength, easy to maintain and repair, cost saving, long-term use.
Cautions:
1. Please do not store water higher than 70°C or other liquid (chemicals, oil and so on).
2. Keep away from fire.
3. Prevent pollutants and plunges from outside.
4. Use soft apparatus to clean. As to the new water tank, clean twice before use.
Installation:
Step 1. Install steel footings on leveled concrete foundations. Step 2. Align GRP panels to be pre-assembled.
Step 3. Place rubber sealant from ready-to-use roll between panels. Step 4. Connect panels with bolts and nuts. Step 5. Position bottom panel sections, and finish up base of tank. Step 6. Position three sides of the tank. Step 7. Position and fix roof panels and if required, roof support pipes and plates. Step 8. Install reinforcement if required.
Step 9. Close up the tank with the fourth side. Step 10. Finish the internal or external reinforcement.
Step 11. Fill and test.

GRAD water tank had exported into Philippines, South Africa, Iran, Australia, Colombia, Lebanon,
dubai and so on.And it gained good honor with its high quality and good price.
Usually we use plywood package or naked package. Some of the products like fan coil unit or table
tennis board have standard carton package. The shipping terms are LCL, 20’ container, 40’ container

(2) Usually, our product warranty is 18 months after leaving factory or 12 months after installation. within this months, all parts broken will be responsible for our factory.
