Glass fiber reinforced plastic grille plate frp flooring
Comparing with other floor materials, FRP moulded grating provides a series of benefits, unmatched impact resistance, while the strength-weight-ratio is only one-fourth of that of steel grating. It is easy to cut and install. FRP moulded grating is made of continuous fiberglass fully soaked in unsaturated polyester resin giving a uniform structure and perfect bi-directional mechanical properties.
Standard resins being used include Orthophthalic, Polyester resin, Isophthalic polyester, Vinyl ester resin. Vinyl ester grating provides extremely high corrosion resistance.
The surface of FRP moulded grating can be concave top, flat top, grit top,Decorative Pattern Cover,Grit Cover and Smooth Cover.

Application
Usually we use plywood package or naked package. Some of the products like fan coil unit or table tennis board have standard carton package. The shipping terms are LCL, 20’ container, 40’ container
Before-sale services:
(1) Tell customers how to use our products and matters needing attention.

(3) Site inspection if you need.
In-Sale services:
(1)Quality control must be inspected strictly.
(2)In accordance with the agreements stipulated in the contract.
After-sale services:
(1) If the project needs our installation guidance, we can send our engineer and translator. We can also send customers installation video to teach them how to fix and operate with
our product.
(2) Usually, our product warranty is 18 months after leaving factory or 12 months after installation. within this months, all parts broken will be responsible for our factory.
(3) Regular contact with customer, consult with the customer feedback, come true with
the customer's two-way communication.
