Description
Qx-1AN is the pneumatic flame bore air spray gun. which is applicable for spray workpiece with bore diameter more than 120mm and depth less than 400mm
Energy used in Model QX-1 Wire flame gun-air motor is oxygen-acetylene.When compressed air driver the gas wheel,wire was melted and atomized in high temperature flame and then spraied to the workpiece.The gun is tight,portable and reliable.It can be used in irrigation works,electric power project,machinery,chemistry,metallurgy,petroleum project,paper making,printing machine and ship building and so on.
Two choice is available: when material melting point is lower than 750℃, you can choose high speed gun;when material melting point is higher than 750℃, you can choose middle speed gun. inside spray gun
