Specificity :NaH₂PO₄ is white crystalline powder or granules, and melting point is at 190°C.NaH₂PO₄, NaH₂PO₄·H₂O is white or transparent crystals or granules, relative density at 1.915, melting point at 57.4°C. All easily soluble in water, but not in ethanol solution. PH value of 1% solution is between 4.1-4.7.
