Vertical shaft lime kiln
1. Description of vertical shaft lime kiln
The vertical shaft lime kiln produced by Songshan Machinery has advanced structure. It can
effectively improve preheating effect with its low resistance vertical preheater. After the limestone is
preheated,the feeding decomposition rate can reach 20%-25%, thus can directly make use of 10-
15mm fine fraction limestone.
The reliable airtight two-ends combination squama make the air leakage factor under 10%. The
usage of compound refractory reduces radiation loss.

The vertical shaft lime kiln mainly consists of kiln body, loading device, burning device, unloading
device,electronic appliance, dust collector, etc. Different lime kilns have different structures. Their
