Label Qualities
We offer a range of woven label qualities for you to choose which will the best suitable to meet your requirements. Qualities available includes :
Damask
This is our most popular label quality as it gives greater clarity for fine and detailed text and designs
Satin
These labels do not provide the level of detail achieved with damask labels but offer a smooth ,shinny , soft appearance and feel.
Taffeta
These labels do not offer the level of detail of Damask or the softness of satin but are a lower cost option and are suitable where bolder text and images are used.
Also available are specials such as padded labels, die-out labels, woven badges with merrowed edges and labels with heat applied backing .
Cut&Fold Options
Cut&fold options available include:
End fold ,Straight Cut ,Centre Fold (loop fold), Mitre Fold ,Manhatten Fold
Minimum Order Quality & Lead Times
The minimum order quality for woven labels is just 1000 pieces ,the lead time for production are approximately 1-2weeks .
Quotations
We are happy to provide quotations on existin woven labels as well as new developments ,If you would like a quotation ,please provide us with the following information.
Existing label
Please provide a physical sample of the woven label and if possible the original artwork file.
New Development
Please provide artwork or sketch with quality ,size colors and finishing information.
Please also include details of the quantities you would like quotations for .
Artwork Requirements
For Quotation purposes we are able to accept a sketch or a jpeg/bitmap image file . For production we
ideally need the artwork file in either AI,PDF,PSD or EPS format but can accept a high resolution JPEG
or BMP image,Please ensure that all text is created to outlines and Pantone color references are given.
