Specification description: 316 material pressure regulation valve,6000PSIG,20-500 psig,Cv0.06.
Characteristic:
1.Installing two 316L stainless steel reducing valves on the standard stainless steel frame,make the inlet pressure reach to 6000psig,regulating the outlet pressure range from 0-10psig to 0-500psig and supplying the gas continuously.
2.Realize replace gas cylinder safely online with the process continued running.
3.Can be equipped with entrance with 50mm outer diameter pressure gauge and common use steel cylinder joint.
4.The entrance with 20um filter.
5.Power shut-off totally.
6.Export pressure regulating range: 10,25, 50, 100 ,250 ,500psig.
7.Max using pressure:6000PSIG.
8.Pressure switched setting range: 20-500 psig.
9.Sealing material is PCTFE and PEEK.
10.Cv value is 0.025,0.06 and 0.2.
11.Installing support can be fixed on the site, and easy to use.
12.Max using temperature:℃(℉):Teflon:66(150) PCTFE:80(175) PEEK:260 (500).
13.Max inlet pressure:Teflon:3600(248.2) PCTFE:6000(413.7) PEEK:3600(248.2). 14.Pls make sure the using temperature, pressure,medium before choosing the product.
15.All of the 316L stainless steel meets the ASTM standard.
16.All of the Teflon,PCTFE,PEEK,Viton sealing material adopts imported bar material for precision machining.
