The electric hospital bed comes with 2 functions. That is, it can be electrically operated to realize head and foot rising. Service content
Medcare is a specialized medical equipment exporter. Based on customers' early enquiry, we can provide the best products solution and help them reach a balance between purchasing cost and time. In addition to our own brand products, we also accept OEM orders.
1. Product amount purchased
To balance the cost of both sides, Medcare set MOQ for the products.
2. Product Packaging
The detailed packaging of each product is different. Generally, our products are packed in 5-layer brown cartons. Then, according to customers' needs, we decide to use wooden box or not. We offer a vast diversity of products. You can purchase more than one kind of products and we can package them together to save your cost.
3. Delivery Cycle
Normally, the delivery cycle is within 7-30 days. For OEM orders, it will be different. We own design department and engineers which can offer CAD drawings within 2 days to maximally meet customer's requirements. We will take full advantage of our resources to make samples during 10-15 days and deliver them to customers for confirmation. After confirmation, we will deliver finished products within 15-30 days. For specific circumstances, the delivery cycle depends on order quantity.
4. OEM
In our product range, we accept OEM orders from any customer and in any quantity. OEM covers customer LOGO, operation manual, special packaging, etc. For some customers who need samples and put forward some changes on design based on samples, Medcare can meet their requirements.
5. Samples
We always do our utmost to win long term and stable medical products wholesalers, distributors and final users using high quality, cost effective samples and exceptional services. We can offer free samples (less than 50 USD) to the customers who are intended to cooperate. Delivery costs can be discussed.
After-Sales Service
If the products that you have bought from Medcare have quality problems, you can contact us anytime by Phone, Email, Skype, WhatsApp, etc. We offer 24-hour telephone service and response email within 5 minutes. Email response time will not exceed 5 hours due to time difference. We guarantee change of products and refund if there are quality problems, and we will undertake delivery costs.
Operation Guidance

1) How can I place order?
A: You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order on line.
2) How can I pay you?
A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T and Paypal, Western Union, Alibaba Trade Assurance are the most usual ways we are using.
3) What's the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pre-paid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
4)How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
5)How do you check all the goods in the production line?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
