The forging graphite lubricant manufactured by our factory is black color,and it is an ideal high temperature release mould lubricant for the heating of nonferrous metal,and widely used in forging and metal pressing and processing industry.
Type: MD-2
Property: good lubrication property,release property and high temperature adhesiveness.It can improve the life length of mould and the quality of forged piece,and it does not pollute the environment and is easy to be used.
Product feature:
1. Good chemical stability and suspension, does not break down for a long time, does not degenerate, no corrosion for the artifacts and dies.
2. Good lubrication and release property under the forging temperature range, such as the die forging process for large forgings with no top forging device, one spray can be multiple stamping formed.
3. Good heat insulation and cooling function for die, make the surface of die hardening to improve the heat resistance and compressive properties, so it can increase 1-3 times the service life of the die.
4. Good lubrication under high temperature, the film is even, the perfection of metal molding conditions, improve the quality and surface finish of forgings, improve the rate of finished products and grade of forgings.
5. Decomposition and not burning under high temperature, the formulation itself is non-toxic, it does not produce toxic or harmful gases in the work process, no environmental pollution, improve working conditions.
