We manufacture all types of micronized graphite products by utilizing advanced equipment such as high speed pulverizer,Raymond mill and air current pulverizer. Micronized graphite is highly praised and widely applied to electrical carbon products,lubrication material,chemical catalyzer,lead,power metallurgy release agent,and filler or improver for all types of composite materials such as rubber and plastics.

(1)used as release agent lubricant in the production of chemical industrial catalyzer.
(2)Used as high temperature resistance lubricant base material,erosion resistance lubricant base material.
(3)Used as powder metallurgy release agent and metal alloy material.
(4)Used to make carbon film resistor,electric dried film and electric conductive liquid.
(5)Used as filler or improver for rubber,plastics and all types of composite materials in order to improve the capability of abrasion resistance,compression resistance and conductivity.

Size from 0.5mm-1um, fixed carbon from 80-99.99%. Please kindly tell us your special requirement if you have.

1 Ton is acceptable.
3. Could I get the sample to test? Is the sample free?
We're very pleased to provide sample for you. Generally, we could provide free sample if the quantitiy is less than 1kg. However, please kindly pay the shipping cost by express.
4. How could you assure the quality of flake graphite?
We will provide quality certification for each shippment. You could also visit our factory to control quality if possible. Or we could ask the third party, such as, SGS, to test the cargo.
