The mineral composition of our ball clay is mainly including kaolinite, followed by a small amount of quartz, montmorillonite minerals. Because of its high dispersion (hydration rate of 98%), high plasticity (plasticity index at 3.5--4.6), high refractoriness (1670--1710 ℃), high adhesion (bonding strength 0.3MPa) and good sintering properties and is widely used in electrical porcelain, building materials, ceramics, glass, chemicals, rubber, paint, metallurgy, crucibles, abrasives, stereotypes unshaped refractories and other industries.
