The product application scope
The instrument can use different thicknesses of glass-lined, glass, steel, coal tar epoxy coatings and rubber linings, the instrument lightweight, simple operation, stable and reliable, battery-powered, it is particularly suitable for field operations, widely used in chemical , petroleum, rubber, ceramic industry, is used to detect metal corrosion coating quality tool.
Holiday detector is a dedicated instrument for the detection of metal corrosion coating quality ,through a variety of coating the surface of a conductive substrate plus a certain amount of pulse voltage, such as the coating is too thin, metal or a leak pinhole leak, when the pulse voltage throught the coating surface produce a spark discharge gap formation breakdown, while a pulse is sent to the alarm circuit signal to the alarm sound the alarm, and thus achieve the purpose of detection of coating.
