The casting is the most important part of the production. We use aluminum mould and fine sand to make sure the surface smooth.If the sculptured ornated surface, the surface will be very clear and beautiful . We don't use any chaplet in the radiaors in length less than 700mm.

SINGLE SECTION TESTING
We use air testing with pressure 8bars(0.8Mpa).
After that we make the screw thread line.
Before we assemble the radiators, we need to select and grinde.
We supply the radiators in no finish or prime paint. Some clients want to have them refinished in their own plants.
Most of our radiators are delivered in pallet package like following
