l Strict Test in condition of international standard request:
Durability Test: our tyres can keep running more than 100 hours in the durability test, while the standard request is only less than 50 hours that means our tyres could run at least 120,000km in the normal road condition.
l Bead Durability Test:
our tyre can keep running more than 40 hours in the condition of 70% of standard pressure and double standard loading capacity, while standard request is only less than 20 hours, that means our tyres own very strong inner constitution, especially for the bead position,3 kinds different rubber compound and full steel wrapped inside, all of them can ensure the excellent performance with full or extra loading, by such strong tyre constitution, our tyres could be treaded 2 or 3 times.
l The technical and reasonable design: 0°C belt layer structure.
l Materials:
1.All-nature rubber from Malaysia, which could provide the radials’ required sturdiness.
2. Bekaert wire, which is NO.1 in the world.
3. Super wear-resistance of Cabot carbon black.
l Strict cure test---more than 20 wires connected to every part of the tire to make sure the tire achieves the best cure results.
