6.Shippment for LED High Bay
1.We provide express ways( DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT,EMS, etc) or by sea, or by air, all ways are avaliable.
2. For the freight, u can choose ship from our factory directly or use your own forwarder, both are OK.
3. We will choose cheap and good service shipping company for you.
4.Pls tell us your exact shipping address and contact telephone before we arrange products shippment.
7.Waranty:
1. Limited Warranty. Sinoco warrants that all products will i) be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service and ii) comply with the specifications for a period of 5 years.
2. Repairs during the Warranty Period. During the warranty period, Sinoco will at its option and at its expense (i) replace such defective products, (ii) fix and repair such defective products. When such defective product is identified, buyer should inform Sinoco about it and ship it back to Sinoco. Sinoco will ship replacement product or repaired product to buyer as soon as possible.
3. Repair after Warranty. After the warranty period has expired, if needed, Sinoco will continue to provide repair services for the product, but buyer should pay for parts and labor for repair services
4. Limitation on Warranty. Sinoco’s warranty does not cover the cost of any services required for the replacement of defective product with good product at site of installation. Sinoco has no obligation under the warranty in the following circumstances: The defect is a result of misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, acts of God, or use not in accordance with a) the specifications, b) the instructions contained in the technical documentation.
8.RFQ
1. Payment:T/T or Western Union in advance or 30% deposit, 70% balance before shippment(for big order).; or L/C at sight.
2. Delivery time :100-500pieces:15days; 500-1000pieces:20days.
3. Samples can be delivered in 7working days.
4. Freight are quoted under your requests.
5.Shipping Port: shenzhen, China(Mainland).
