The warranty for LED high bay light is five years (dated from the arriving date of products to buyer) .During the warranty period,Sinoco will at its expense to repair or replace such defective product;After the warranty period has expired, if needed, Sinoco will continue to provide repair services for the product, but buyer should pay for parts for repair services.
2.How about the product quality for LED high bay light?How about your quality control system?
Quality is our key culture so the quality is always put in the first consideration;
100% of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 48 hours to test its quality reliability Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the lamps to see if it still work well.Each lamp should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.
