1.The package will be shipped from China via Express air or by sea as your request. The tracking number will E-mail to you when the item sent, usually it takes 4~5 working days to arrive by air;it takes 10~45 days to arrive by sea depending on the port.

How to order from us
1. Please confirm the model numbers and quantities that you would like to purchase to our sales person, or email to us.
2. We will send you a Proforma Invoice to specify net cost of mentioned goods and other relevant charges once you confirm the order.
3. After you arrange the payment and send us your bank slip, we will put your order down to production, and let you know the ready date in 2 days.
4. When the goods are finished, we will send them by air express, or by sea, or other available shipping methods appointed by customers, and let you know the tracking number and estimated time of arrival.
MOQ for products
1. For the first order, we have no limit for the quantity.
2. From the second order, the MOQ is 60pcs.
Payment Terms
T/T, Western Union, PayPal
1. Under T/T, there will be USD35.00 bank charge for each individual remittance.
2. Under PayPal, there will be 4% PayPal fee for each individual remittance.
3. We can put customers' orders down to production once we get the bank slip copy.
4. If order value less than 20,000USD, we should get 100% payment before production;
If order value more than 20,000USD, we accept 30% deposit before production and the balance should be paid off before delivery.
Lead Time
1. Sample order can be delivered from our factory in 7 working days.
2. General order can be delivered from our factory in 15 - 25 working days.
3. Big order can be delivered from our factory in 30-35 working days at most.

1. If the total order quantities are above 60pcs, we can silk-screen print customer’s logo on the products, and put customer’s model numbers in the labels, boxes, and in the manuals free of charge.

Warranty Policy
We provide two-year warranty for CCTV Cameras and DVRs after the shipment date. Any product proves defective under normal usage, we will repair or replace it by free of charge.
1. If our customers could repair the products by themselves locally, we will supply necessary spare parts.
2. If the customers couldn't repair the products, the products will need to be sent back to us, and we repair and bear 50% freight charge. All of our products are 100% passed strictly quality inspection before delivery.
