API 5000PSI drilling rig hose with factory price
Applicability:
Commonly used in rotary drilling service as flexible connectors of mud manifold to transfer water-base mud and/or oil-base mud at high pressure in large volumes
Temperature Range:-30°C~82°C, or manufactured upon customers' requirements
Hose Lining:
Principally NBR constructed, featuring oil-resistant, abrasion-resistant, acid & alkali resistant
Hose Reinforcement:
2~8 layers spiraled by single high-strength steel wire, and rubber as a binder to make the layers into one complete and sound construction
Hose Cover:
Primarily CR fabricated, featuring oil-resistant, abrasion-resistant, weatherproof and anti-ageing
Coupling Type:
LP (Line Pipe Thread) and TBG (Tubing Thread) of API Spec 5B
Integral type union joint and flange joint
Particular types upon customers'specific requirements

The main products of our company are: high pressure wire braided hose, super high pressure wire spirally-wound hose, hydraulic hose, coal mine hydraulic support hose assembly, expansion hose (water injection hole sealing device), drilling hose, hose connectors, wear-resistant sand blast hose, cloth inserted hose, heat-resistant steam hose, rubber water hose, large diameter hose, metal hose and various kinds of hose assembly.

For samples: T/T, western union.
For orders: T/T or L/C.

Yes. We offer OEM service. We accept custom design and we have a professional design team who can design products based on your requirements. And we can develop new products according to your samples or drawings.
5. Do you accept our design on boxes?
Yes. We accept custom design on boxes.
6. What's your delivery time?
Generally, we will arrange shipment within 15 days after receiving the deposit. If urgent, we can also meet your requirement.
7. Is your price higher than other companies?
