PE pipe production line features:
1. PE pipe production line is chosen for HDPE, PP pipe of high efficiency extruder, screw with belt barrier and mixing head structure, barrel adopt new slot machine barrel, good plasticizing and mixing small fruit, large amount of extrusion and very stable.
2. The PE pipe production line for HDPE, PP, large diameter thick wall pipe design of screw die, the die head has low melt temperature, mixing performance is good, cavity pressure is low, the characteristics of steady production.
3. The PE pipe production line using proprietary technology, sizing and cooling systems, using water film lubrication and cooling water ring type, to adapt the demand of HDPE, PP material, ensure the production of thick wall pipe is the stability of diameter and roundness.
4. PE pipe production line USES specially designed is multistratum controlled vacuum degree of vacuum sizing box, guarantee the stability of HDPE, PP pipe size and roundness. Extruder, tractor adopts imported famous brand of governor and control, good stability, high precision and high reliability.
5. PE pipe production line operation and is controlled by PLC and set a good man-machine interface, all process parameters can be set by the touch screen and display. Can assemble tag line dedicated extruder, production to meet the requirements of national standard pipe with a color line
