This folded mask making machine produces 3-6 layers folded mask blank. It adopts magnetic particle clutch to control the feeding, improves aesthetic, reduce rejection rate. This machine may produce completed folded masks with standard ultrasonic welding machine, ear-loop welding machine (nailing machine) and pad printing machine.

Functions and Features:
1. This machine welds and cuts materials into objective shape; so it may produce different shape mask by changing the welding roller.
2. The welding roller is made by special alloy steel, and heat treatment, stand wear and tear, long service life.
3. This machine works without preheat, and it also works continuously.
4. Platen adopts high quality wood, feeding frame uses great industrial aluminium profile, whole machine looks very good and without rust.
5. Feeding parts control the tension by magnetic powder clutch. Machine works stable, reduce rejection rate; adjustable, easy to replace the raw material.
