Several slats with holes are added to at upper position of shutter to let light and air enter,
to keep indoor environment refreshing.
3, Super-strengthened steel slat, high-density foam---better performance, thermal insulation,
energy conservation and environmental protection
The slat is made out of highly strengthened steel, filling with imported high-density
polyurethane foam, with surface scratch-resistant through polyester painting and
roll coating, which keeps it from color-fading, brings abrasion-resistance, thermal
insulation, noise insulation, better corrosion resistance, maintains indoor temperature
and saves energy consumption.
Rolling surport system
It reduces friction between slat and guide rail, so that slats run more smoothly and service life is
prolonged. When shutter is shut, slats are more adapted to guide rail to achieve better sealing effect.
4,System Security- a variety of schemes for contingent power cut and when obstruction get in the way
Obstruction-encounter automatic stop system enables shutter stop lowering immediately when
some obstruction gets in the way, avoiding slats are unhooked and damaged when shutter starts
reverse running direction, which prolongs service lift of roller shutter. Obstruction-encounter
automatic direction reverse system enables shutter stop lowering and convert it running in reverse
direction to let person or object pass through safely. Manual operation with crank handle is reserved
to make it work normally when power is off.
