1. Are you factory direct ?
Yes, we have our own factory working in LED Lights for over 8 years. All of our led products are with competitive factory price.
2. How do you control the quality ? How about the warranty ?
All the lights must be tested after keeping lighting for 24h aging test. Each light must pass QC procedures before shipping to customer.
And we offer 3-5 years warranty, Although all the products are gone through strict test by our experienced QC before shipment, there may be some unpredicatable problems, we will repair the products for free cost of labor within the warranty period.
3. How long does it take for my order to be shipped ? How do you ship and how long can I receive it ?
Generally, your order will be shipped within 5-15 working days after your payment received . But in case of any hot products without raw material, it will take about 15-20 working days.
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional
4. How to proceed an order of led light ?
Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.
5. Is it ok to print my logo on led light product ?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
6. How to deal with the faulty ?
Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
