Q1. What is the lead time of power bank ?
A: Sample is 3-7 working days, mass production time is 10-12 working days for order less than 10,000 pcs,,20-23 woriking days for order more than 10,000 pcs.
Q2. I don’t like your standard colors. Can I choose any color for the housings? If yes, any extra cost?
A: We have white, blue, brown three colors, you can choose any PMS you like. MOQ is 1000 PCS without any extra cost.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for the power bank ?
A:Our MOQ is 100 pcs with normal retailer packing;
OEM MOQ is 1000pcs for trial order.Please let me know your choice.
Q4. How should we pay if we order from you of power bank ?
A: For small amount, you can pay by paypal or Western Union. For amount more than USD500, you can pay by Bank Wire.
Q5: What is the packaging of power bank ?

Q8. What kind of transportation methods you offer of power bank ?
A. We always use express delivery like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS, as we enjoy perfect discount in these companies. But if buyers provide us accounts of their own, transportation fee paid by such accounts are also welcomed.
B. We also always transport by air and sea for the goods with large quantity, and we will confirm freight with buyers' prior delivery.
Q9. How about the insurance during transportation? How to deal with the responsibility?
A: Buyers should take the full responsibility for shortage of goods if the goods are checked by any custom during transportation. During transportation, if goods are missed because of having been detained by custom in China, all loss thus occurred should be borne by us; if missing or detained of goods are occurred in other country except China, all loss should be borne by buyers
