Customized Design

Excellent quality practice soccer balls in traditional look and assorted colors. Made with quality PVC covers and laminated with multiple laminations of poly/cotton lining. Each panel is made to the same thickness and weight, inserted with natural latex bladder with butyl valve for longer air retention capabilities. Also available in butyl bladder as per customers choice.

Size: 3, 4 & 5 accrding to official sizing and weight.

Lining

In soccer balls, multiple layers of linings are placed between bladders and cover material. The best soccer balls though have four layers of linings that serve to give the ball a stronger shape and structure and the durability of bounce that is required.

Stitching

Polyester Cord used in all of our models. All our soccer balls have covering tightly stitched together with bindings of 5-ply, twisted, polyester cord.

Bladders

The bladder is the innermost component of the soccer ball. We use two types of bladders.., Natural Latex rubber bladders or carbon latex bladders and butyl rubber bladders. A latex rubber bladder with butyl valves for longer period of air retention enables the ball to hold air and prevents warping. Latex rubber bladder also offers the best surface tension for touch and bounce. Butyl bladders offer an excellent combination of contact quality and air retention. We have added a dual valve bladder in our elite model soccer balls that have treated valves for smooth insertion of the inflating needle.
