Alumina Silicate Glass Used Zircon Brick

Zircon Brick is made of natural zircon. This product is of good slagging resistance, high load   softening 

temperature, high performance to wear and good thermal shock stability. It is an important material in kiln 

construction of metallurgy, building materials, electric industries, etc.

TY-Z can be used in a wide range of glass furnace, especially high quality and special glass furnaces such as

 TV glass, borosilicate glass, alumina silicate glass, halogen lighting glass, opal glass and fiber glass. TY-Z are 

mainly used in sidewall, throat cover, throat support, electrode block, dam block parts.

1. What's the color of your products?

Reply: Different bricks are featuring with different colors, for example, the fireclay bricks are generally yellow, fused cast AZS are mostly white. You may send the specification and requirements to us, our technician and factory will provide you with pictures and specific solutions.

2. Would you please send us some samples?

Reply: Our company can provide 100*100*50 samples for free. However, the frieght should be born by the clients. In particular case, if the mould is required to be made first for some special shaped blocks, the mould cost and sample fees assumed by clients will be highly appreciated.
