Fused Corundum Blocks with High Purity and Good Price
Main mineral component of corundum brick is corundum phase, it has excellent physical property
in high temperature, resistance to chemical corrosion. It is widely used in lining of ovens of
petrochemical industry; bottom of steel rolling mill and in the second-stage converters of the
300,000t ammonia synthesis furnaces, steel notch.
Product Application:
Fused corundum block is mainly used in key parts of the industrial furnace that require high
abrasion and temperature resistance, such as gliding rail bricks in steel pusher metallurgical
furnaces, the tapping platform (tapping spout) style walking beam furnaces, and also as the interior
for destructors.

Reply: Different bricks are featuring with different colors, for example, the fireclay bricks are generally yellow, fused cast AZS are mostly white. You may send the specification and requirements to us, our technician and factory will provide you with pictures and specific solutions.
2. Would you please send us some samples?
Reply: Our company can provide 100*100*50 samples for free. However, the frieght should be born by the clients. In particular case, if the mould is required to be made first for some special shaped blocks, the mould cost and sample fees assumed by clients will be highly appreciated.
