Working Principle:
The machine has a pair of screw and screw nut,which is used for mixing and rolling.
The material runs into the extruding chamber,and is extruded between screw and
screw nut,rubbed,cut.At the same time,the pressure and the temperature go up
sharply during7s.And the structure of material changes and starch gelatinizes,protein
denaturation,kill salmonella and other harmful bacterium.Finally,the
extruded material goes out from the discharge hole,the material will be pellet shape.
Application:
The machine can mainly produce floating fish and pet feed.Also,it can make sink feed
and other animal feed.

Features:
1.Composed of feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, controlling system.

temperature and high pressure,so it can kill the salmonellosis and bacterial
infections to ensure the pellet clean and healthy
