1.Introduction

3.The structure
The coal powder ball press machine is mainly consisting of three parts: the feeding part, The transmission part, the Molding parts.(1). Feeding part, mainly to realize feeding materials to the main machine quantitative, and make sure materials can enter into the rollers uniformly .
(2). The transmission part: the main driven system is electric motor--Triangle strip--speed reducer--open gear--roller.
(3). The molding parts: mainly referring to the host part, the core part is roller.

5.Working Principle
This series of briquette machine will pass the power on to the two pressure roller through the reducer.

6.Molds and Samples of the finished coal briquettes
The material of the coal ball press machine could be 65 Mn or 9crsMo, or alloy steel.
Generally, there are two rollers type or four rollers type.
The shape of the finished coal briquettes could be egg shape, square shape, pillow shape etc.
The size of the finished coal briquettes is 30-60mm, and we can also offer it according to your requirement.
