Universal tensile and compressive strength tester

Features:
1. Host machine: two stand columns, base and beam constitute closed frame structure with strong rigidity and good stability, without reverse gap. The external surface of the double stand columns adopts electroplating hard chrome processing. Servo actuator (oil cylinder)is underlying and adopts bidirectional oil cylinder piston design so that sample clamping adjustment could be flexible and easy.
2. Hydraulic-servo pump station: adopts leak-free mute technology. Pressure could be exported stably without fluctuation and with low noise, good dissipation, high filtering accuracy, and automatic protection ability when pressure overloads and oil temperature overheat.
3. Key components: adopt internationally renowned brand-Italian ATOS servo valve, American LVDT displacement sensor and American TRANSCELL high-accuracy loading component.
4. Control mode: power, displacement and deformation PID closed loop control which could achieve smooth handover under any control mode.
5. Testing software: is applicable for Windows XP/Windows7operating system, owns the
functions of setting test method, managing storage means, saving testing data automatically and printing test report etc.
6. Testing waveforms: sine wave, square wave, triangular wave, trapezoidal wave, oblique wave,zigzag wave and user-defined wave etc.
7. Protection function: to set alarm and stop function when oil-way is blocked and overheats,liquid level is low, hydraulic system overloads, electrical machine overheats, preset numberof fatigue is reached and sample fractures etc.
Specification(working condition):
1. Ambient temperature: 15~30°C
2. Relative humidity: ≤85%
3. Power supply: AC380V 50Hz three-phase five-wire system, configuration of principal line shall meet the demand of 15KVA.
4. The device shall be installed on solid and horizontal ground. Levelness of the testing machine:0.2/1000; weight capacity of ground: three times the weight of device
5. When using the device, there shall not be vibration, corrosive medium, strong magnetic interference but ventilation shall be good.
6. Clients shall provide 52# anti-abrade oil for themselves as well as cooling water: flow>6m3/h,cooling water pressure>0.6Mpa.
