Working Principle
Note: this machine is composed of two labeling machine
Principle: put the product to the conveyor belt, sensors detect the product pass by, the signal send to label control system, after PLC dealing with the signal, At the appropriate time sends out the label to attached on product set position, product flows through the overlying device, label attached on product is firmly.
Operation: put a product (or connect with line) - > product delivery - >product detect - > product labeling (up) - > overlying- > product overturn (equipment completion) - > product delivery - > product detect - > label (bottom) - > overlying- > collection finished products ( follow to next line)
