Semi Automatic Piston Liquid Filling Machine
Working Principle
The machine works on the three-way principle to adjust the filling quantity that a cylinder drives a piston and a rolling valve to draw out and output the fluid, and then the magnetic switch controls the journey of the piston.

Equipped with a displacement indicator, higher accuracy measuring, stepless speed control.
Stable and smooth working
1. Air pressure stability, material uniformity and filling speed will affect the filling accuracy.
2. Materials, size of filling head and skills of operator will affect the filling speed.
3. This machine has two filling ways, foot and automatic, and they can be switched randomly.
4. This machine uses the extension valve for is wear-resisting, acid proof, the thermostable four fluorine material, when clean cannot at will strike, the collision.
Maintainance
1. The machine is made of stainless steel, please be careful when cleaning surface of machine. Do not use sharp tool to scrape the surface of machine.
2. Could choose alcohol to clean blot of machine surface.
3. The cylinder has been filled with lube oil before leaving factory, so please don’t take apart the cylinder to fill lube oil.
4. Hopper, stainless steel three-way valve and three-way conversion valve could take apart to clean. The seal ring should change in time.
