Description :
According to the principle that metallic object via the action of electric-magnetic induction can generate great vortex, melt the adhesive film under the aluminum foil and then agglutinate them with the bottles. The sealing progress is quick and continuous.Working characteristics:All of the heating parts of the machine adopt compelling refrigeration technique which can reduce manufacturing cost and improve the working stability, also reduce the costs of using and maintaining. It increases the producing efficiency and decreases the price of equipment greatly with reaching the designing request that products have good quality but lower price. When the machine is out of work, the conveying belt will stop automatically. It prevents sealed goods and unsealed goods from getting together.This machine owns intuitional power pressure meter and current meter for induction working. The function is to adjust the pressure and current when they don’t reach the normal working request. The conveying sets possess the function of electronic step-less speed adjusting. The inductive head can be adjusted to lift and fall. It suits to seal the goods with the height from 20 to 200mm. It also has the function of protection and intuitional indication when the current is over big and the main appliance’s temperature is over high.
