2. Carton is plastic layered from inside before packing to make it water resistant.
3. A 9 ply carton is used to pack the goods so that it can take on transit pressures and wear & tear.
4. Carton is packed with white plastic from exterior so that its water resistant.
5. Whole carton is strap tightened and sealed so that it cannot be opened in transit.

In 1978, Mr. Channi kochar(founder) came up with the idea of opening a one-stop shop of hand-made carpets and textiles witnessing the potential tourism in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. This novel idea made Channi Carpets & Textiles Pvt Ltd. a big successful company resulting into development of Channi Exports which could cater the needs of foreign buyers. Channi Exports started functioning in 1990 exporting textiles items to countries like Germany, Spain, Italy, Canada, U.K. and U.S.A.
