Our damper is a mechanical device designed to dissipate kinetic energy. It let machine reduce the noise and more satey for operator.When applied to other products such as toilet seat lid ,washer cover Upspring type floor socket,and ect. It will make cover slowly down so do not reduce noise and damage to products themselvies.Most importantly it will improve the service life of products and create perfect experience for customers.
Our rotary dampers apply to Auto Sound clamshell, sitting WC pan clamshell, hospital bed and other electronic clamshell products. It reduces the nioses during the using process of the above products, advances the products level, and express the products humanity concept.
Temperature Characteristics:
Resistance of the damper will change according to the ambient temperature. The temperature could affect the sealing damping oil fluidity. If the temperature is higher, the fluidity will be higher, and the resistance is lower, the fluidity will be lower. The suitable temperature range is -40° C to 110° C.

Our dampers are widely used in various appliance, such as double door refrigerator,washer cover, kettle cover, coffeemarker,toilet seat lid ,upspring type floor socket,cabinet door and car interior series like glasses case,roller blind and handrail and ect.

1. nominal torque is measured value under temperature of 20℃, humidity of 80 ℃,rotation speed of test rack motor of
30r/m after damper rotates for 50 cycles;
vide customized torque by changing viscosity of damper.
3. the maximum operating temperature scope of damper: -20º ~60º

Requirements to usage and storage:
1. avoid the storage under extreme high or low temperature, and damp or sun exposure. Relatively stable environment temperature and humidity should be kept.
2. avoid contact with corrosive chemicals such as acid,alkali and salt.
3. usage of such product under extreme high or low temperature , or vacuum or other exterme conditions should be banned; otherwise , the product failure or personal injury accident may be caused;
4. usage of product under excessive force or excessive angle should be banned to aviod the likely product failure or personal injury accident and so on.
5.usage of such single product as shutdown device should be banned to avoid the likely product damage or personal injury
accident, and the product should be used together with upporting components.
