Suspended platform Safety use, maitenance and inspection :
Maximum load of suspended platform must not exceed 120kg per square metre, operators on it each group are not more than three people, and can not concentrated at one end. Ascending and descending gondola must shake the handle at the same time, keep each hanging point synchronously ascending and descending. Operators must comply with the rules, wearing a helmet,equipped with seat belts, seat belt must be hung in the safety lock.
No drunken in gondola, no horseplay in the electrical suspended platform. When electric gondola stop placed air position, safety locks should be locked and tighten suspended platform and building preventing suspended platform shaking. Then when you need to move and loose safety lock, untied the tow rope. Safety lock working after 1000h must be tested and re- calibrated on a regular basis to ensure its safety work.
Multiple units of gondola are used simultaneously, clearances space not be greater than the 200mm, between gondola and wall the distance must not be greater than 100mm. In case of rain, snow or wind over more than four should stop construction work.If it is necessary to use of gondola for welding operations,suspended platform steel wire rope should be full protected, so as to avoid damage to wire rope, wire rope must not be used as a conductor.
