Production Description
SAJ40 for safety device (30) belongs to the speed control of incremental for safety device, is the guide frame is equipped with rack construction lifter to prevent falling hoisting cage safety device, it can limit the hanging basket overspeed, effectively prevent the hoisting cage fall accidents. The device is mainly composed of the gear, centrifugal speed limiter and cone drum brake, when construction lifter lifting line speed to achieve the calibration action speed, the centrifugal speed limiter to jilt block shift (quite a pawl), drive the cone drum (ratchet) to the belt movement, by compressing the disc spring in security, the cone drum brake and brake belt joint w of contact friction braking force increases gradually, will eventually hanging basket brake to stop the guide frame, thus ensuring the life of the relevant personnel .
