Carbon blocks:

Raw materials and technology :
Be made of electrical calcined anthracite,graphite,silicon carbide,and some addition agent,bond with asphalt and tar,
molded under high frequency vibration and heavy pressure,baked with high temperature, machined with advanced numerical control grinding machine,
so carbon brick will get a accurate dimension,at last, preassembled on a platform,write the NO. on each block, and packed.
Features :
a) With uniform structure and no internal flaws,, the material has good resistance to thermal stress.
b) Excellent thermal conductivity of the material serves as cooling power enough to inhibit erosion and corrosion.
c) Low porosity and low gas transmission rate of the material leads to its high resistance to alkali and pig iron penetration.
