Product Description:
Hantec TT-988 Neutral silicone sealant is a high/middle modulus, low odor,
elastic joint, One component, cost effective , multi-purpose silicone sealant.
Hantec TT-988 silicone sealant offers excellent adhesion and long term durability,
compatibility with wide variety of substrates, and good weatherproof ability.
Its waterproof and airtight characteristics.

Available in a wide range of colors, as well as general building materials.
Can be applied in any seasons.
Neutral cure, will not corrode metals, concrete or brick.
Cures to a strong, flexible seal capable of withstanding movement in and around the joints.

Resistant to weather, ultra-violet radiation, vibration, moisture, ozone, temperature exreemes,

Applications:
Hantec TT-988 Silicone Sealant is a middle/high modulus silicone sealant designed
for applications where none corrosive curing and durable adhesion to a variety of substrates is required.
Hantec TT-988 Silicone Sealant can be used widely in building, automotive,
package, advertisement and family decorations for joints adhesion and sealing among glass,
ceramics, aluminum alloys,plastic, woods, paper and etc.
Hantec TT-988 Silicone Sealant also can be used to glaza, seal and weatherproof applications,
it also has excellent adhesion to glass, glazed surfaces, anodized aluminun, concrete, cement, wood and many plasic materials.
Applications Limits:
Hantec TT-988 Silicone Sealant is not adapted to structural fitting and following situations:
-To all surface that bleed oil, plasticizers or solvents such as wood immersed in oil, oil crack filler,
and some uncured or sulfurized fat and to surface wher is wet.
-To the substrate that the surface temperatures exceeds +50℃ or apply at the temperature below 5℃.
-Use in the manufacturer of IG Units.
-To closed or confined areas where sealant cure may be inhabited by lack of air
(Silicone Sealant needd the water in the air to cure).
-To use in construction or sealing of aquariums.
-To the painted surface, many cause seal failure as the paint cracking or stripping.
-To the surfaces that with direct touch of food.
-To the places that easily suffer merchanical clash.
-Use in the IG curtain wall sealing.
-Contact with the acetoxy Silicone Sealant.
How To Use:
Application temperature: +5℃~+40℃
-Cleanse with the cleaning agent, to keep the substrate surface completely clean)
-Use the sealant after cleaning agent dries, around 1-2 mins later. You can use two
different cloth, one for cleaning agent, and another for sealant. (NoticeThat the two
can't be mixed use together, and the second cloth will be better purified
cotton and no picking.)
-For better appearance, cover outside of joint area with masking taps before application.
-Cut nozzle to desired size and extrude sealant to joint areas.
-Tool immediately after sealant application, make it smooth and remove masking tape
before sealant skins.
Required Testing In the Applications
It is the responsibility if the end uesrs to thoroughly test any proposed use of the sealant
and independently conclude satisfactory performance in the applications.
Shelf Life:
12 months in unopened package in a cool and dry storage place at the temperature
between +5℃~+27℃.
