Product Description

Point supporting glass curtain wall cladding
Curtain wall systems are non-structural cladding systems for the external walls of buildings. They are generally associated with large, multi-storey buildings.
Hwarrior curtain wall systems comprise a lightweight aluminum frame onto which glazed or opaque infill panels can be fixed. These infill panels are often described as 'glazing' whether or not they are made of glass.
Features of Hwarrior point supporting glass curtain wall system :
Transferring loads back to the primary structure of the building.
Providing thermal insulation and avoiding cold bridging and condensation.
Providing fire, smoke and acoustic separation. This is particularly difficult at joints between the curtain wall system and interior walls and floors.
Creating a barrier to water penetration.
Accommodating differential movement and deflection.
Preventing panels from falling out of the frame.
Allowing for opening windows.
Preventing the accumulation of dirt.

3. Order process
Please provide drawing of the building and section in CAD, We will prepare the drawing for your confirmation before production.
After production finished, a sample will be test by 3rd party ,the test report will be submitted to buyer before shipment.
4. Fabrication and installation
Measuring and unreeling → rectify embedded parts→material processing →vertical installation → beam installation → fire resisting treatment →welding and anticorrosion treatment → glass installation and cleaning→completion inspection and acceptance.
 
Installation drawings will be provided for guiding
Engineers on-site installation or installation guide are available
