JONES®WEPO is the water based two-component epoxy primer.
It is used as the primer of interior concrete surfaces for increasing adhesion of the finish.

Tools:
Airless spray: the fluid tip diameter is from 0.43mm to 0.65mm, min output fluid pressure is 15MPa (150kp/cm2). The angle of spray from 400 to 650.
Conventional spray.
For inconsiderable surfaces: brush can be used, care must be taken to achieve the specified dry film thickness. Clean tools after using.
- The practiced surface should be clean and free from the contamination of dirt, oil, grease, wax, chalking, mildew and other chemical agents in order to ensure proper adhesion to the substrate. The jet- water can be used for cleaning after that. The prior coating (if any) has to be moved by sanded or abraded. Filling and leveling the holes, cracks on the surface with JOTON® WEPO.
- For the new concrete (in normal conditions), practicing is only allowed on 28 days after.
- Firstly, Stir well the base (part A) with an agitator, then pour the hardener (part B) slowly into the stirred base (part A), and mix them (part A with part B) together thoroughly in the ratio of 4 to 1.
- Continuously stir well for 3 minutes until getting the available mixture. Water should be only used for diluting in the case of exceptional circumstances (max. 5% by the weight of A & B mixture).
- The available A & B mixture must be used within the pot life (6 hours at 230C).
- The practiced surface temperature is more than 100C (It’s at least 50C above the dew point) and the practiced space humidity is equal or less than 85%.
- Drying time depends on temperature, humidity and ventilation of application space. High temperature and good ventilation help the drying time to be more quickly.
