1. Q: What components are included in the machine?

     A: Machine, tool box, manuals. 

         We also offer, spare parts, boring bits, motors, electrical parts,  dust collectors etc. If needed, we can offer for you.

2. Q: How can I install and operate with the machine?

    A:  We will send you video link for machine installation, operation as guidance. 

3. Q: What is your warranty for the machine?

     A: One year for entire machine, six months for electrical parts(motors, AC contactor, circuit breaker etc.)&quick wear-parts(saw blades - due to frequent use), calculated from the date you receive goods from sea port, without man-made damages or spoil;

     Our suggestion: buy spare parts in case of any replacement for the used part;

4. Q: How can I order from you?

     A: First, we get your inquiry, and offer suitable models (as per Q&A 1);

         Second, we send quotation, including machine photos, specifications, sales terms etc, and you check;

         Third, we agree and send you Proforma Invoice for payment (acceptable for T/T, D/A, D/P, Western Union, Paypal, Cash etc.)

          Fourth, once we received payment from your side, we start production, and keep you updated for the production process, shoot photos, details;

          Fifth, arrange delivery&shipping, at the same time, send all required document draft(Bill of Landing, Proforma Invoice, Packing List, C/O, Form F/Form A, Embassy Stamps etc.) for your confirmation;

           Sixth, telex release or deliver original documents by DHL/FedEx/TNT/Aramex as per client's requirement.
