1)What are the differences of PVC ,Polyurethane, Acrylic and Silicon PU?
Answer:
Silicon PU
It is a new material for the sport surface. After finished, it’s hard on the top while the bottom is elastic.
It is a one-component polyurethane and water-born material.
No need to add any hardener,add water will be cured. It is odorless, suitable for both indoor and outdoor.
Can be installed on the concrete directly. Silicon PU is not only polyurethane mix with acrylic ,
or polyurethane with sand. It’s including buffer coat and top coat, so the sport surface will have a good cushion effect.
Acrylic
Acrylic is a material designed by ITF, the surface are colorful and texture. But the surface of the acrylic is easy to be scratched,
faded and came off after a period of use. There is no elastic on Acrylic sports flooring. That’s without any protection to athletes.
Polyurethane
It is two-component polyurethane with elastic feature. Under the sunshine, this kind of sports flooring will become soft, sticky, and smelly.
During the installation, you must add hardener. Because polyurethane is oily material. After finished, the surface is smooth and
bright. This kind of material will be frothy on the concrete.
PVC
It is roll pack. PVC can only be used for indoor. And have the fixed width, there is small gap between the connecting point.
It’s not safty. And the flooring is hard.

Open the barrel--mix the materials--pour on the floor--paint by roller or gal raker
