About us:
Singbee Lighting is a branch of Singbee Group. Singbee has been conducting international trading for over 20 years now. Our founder (and current Chairman), Mr. Wang Yuan Cheng saw his beautiful hometown (Pujiang) being destroy slowly but surely by pollution, made him determine to change it with everything he has. Therefore, after 2 years of planning and research, he established Singbee Lighting in 2006. To Produce a sustainable product that is clean to make and even cleaner to use.
Singbee Lighting has been established for over 7 years now. After two years of hard research we successful applied our unique crystal technology into our LED lights. Ensure each LED is clear and bright. This greatly improves on efficiency and stability of the LED. Of course research does not just stop there. From our 5 years of trading, we have successfully sold to over 75 different countries, establishing strong co-operation with thousands of companies.
We know the potential of LED has yet to explored, however as a LED, driver and a whole system manufacturer. We know when we talk about a LED lamp; it is not just about the LED. It is about the whole LED lamp. A system is only as good as its weakest part. Therefore, Singbee test all the components as well as the whole system. All of our testing is conducted at the end of the each production process. Each lamp and each component will go through a total of 15 QC stations and the last three stations taking at least 72 hours.
Our testing does not just stop there as well. As long term performance is the key to LED lighting and any serious co-operation too. Therefore, so does our testing. All of our LED patch, drivers and whole lamp system will also undergo, different long term testing as well. Including, impact shock test, UV resistance test, thermal shock test (cycle from +80 degrees to -40 degrees, per hour for up to 5 days) and three month long term light decay test (we leave the light on for 24 hours a day for three months, with 120% of the normal current).
It is this quality control system that makes every Singbee product worthy of a Singbee logo. This is the core strength of Singbee, our own method of quality control system that works.
We are always considering the market; the market is always hungry for better and improved technology. This is why, our engineers believes there is always a better option and with this in mind. This is Singbee overall always improves constantly. Of course should the users wish for a specific type of design made in past, Singbee will always be able to delivery that same item as well. Since original designers and production from when Singbee first is still with us today, so all we need to do is just get the records out and follow it without a problem.
